How long ead renewal takes 2017

I had my EAd expedited since I am a health professional. The expedition was before the initial biometrics which was on May 5, Now, I have a pending job offer in a hospital and I have called uscis about my card and they put in service request for non delivery of card.

Until now, there is no response of the service request yet. I have been waiting for my card for 6 weeks now.
